Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions, which could extend the delivery up to 28 days. Failed Delivery & Collection Policy: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package will be attempted for delivery up to two times, depending on the delivery service. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will typically be taken to a designated collection point or service point, where it must be collected within the specified time frame.
If the package is not collected, it will be returned to a delivery service warehouse that is outside of our control, and not returned to us.
Please note that we are unable to issue a refund if a package is refused or not collected from the collection point. This is because refused packages are not returned to us by the delivery service. According to our terms and conditions, customers are responsible for accepting the delivery or collecting the package from the collection point.
